KRAZy Country Cares – Giving Back to the Heart of the Valley
At KRAZy Country, we believe in more than just playing your favorite country hits — we believe in supporting the community that makes the Santa Ynez Valley such a special place. That’s why we’ve launched KRAZy Country Cares, a heartfelt initiative in partnership with Buellton Garage, dedicated to shining a spotlight on local organizations and nonprofits that could use a helping hand.
Each month, we feature a different nonprofit, giving them the recognition they deserve and encouraging our listeners to get involved. This month, we’re proud to support the Breast Cancer Resource Center, Santa Barbara

For homebound seniors in the Santa Ynez Valley, a warm meal can mean so much more than just nutrition—it’s a lifeline. Our Meals on Wheels program delivers fresh, nutritious meals straight to the doors of seniors, Veterans, and individuals facing health challenges. Along with a hot meal, our dedicated volunteers provide a friendly visit and a wellness check, helping combat loneliness and ensuring the well-being of those we serve.
When you give to Buellton Meals on Wheels, you provide so much more than food—you bring comfort, security, and a caring connection to those who need it most.
-
Nearly 400 meals delivered every weekday
-
Two-thirds of seniors with mobility issues receive little to no in-home care
-
Half of seniors living alone struggle to afford basic necessities
Your impact:
-
$10 provides a meal and wellness visit for a homebound senior
-
$50 supports a full week of meals for a Veteran in need
-
$100 helps expand our services to reach more isolated seniors
Make a difference today. Donate or volunteer to help us ensure that no senior faces hunger or isolation.
Proudly serving: Santa Ynez, Solvang, Ballard, Buellton, Los Olivos, and Los Alamos.
Partnering for greater impact: In collaboration with Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, we now offer specialized meals for chemotherapy patients. We are also one of only two Veteran Food Distribution Centers in Santa Barbara County, ensuring Veterans receive the nutrition they deserve.
Thank you for supporting this essential work. Together, we build a stronger, more connected community—one meal at a time.
